Dear everyone,

Hi. I hope this newsletter finds you healthy and happy. I can’t tell you how long I’ve wanted to send this newsletter to bring you up to speed. As always, I’ve been staying very busy, both professionally and personally.

As many of you may know, I got married in July, 2004, to a wonderful man named Glen. We had a spectacular wedding, followed by a most amazing honeymoon in Ireland and Scotland. I love married life, and I feel very blessed. I have two adult stepchildren, Andrew and Rachel. They are both very talented and bright. My family still includes my dog Batman, faithful sidekick for nearly 15 years now. My cat Tiffany passed away this past December, at age 16.

We have a new baby, Michael, who is the apple of my eye. He was born May 25, 2005. He is walking and climbing everywhere. He has a great disposition, and is happiest when carrying his golf club or dragging his garden hoe around the house. He also enjoys playing on his miniature baby grand piano, which is situated between mommy and daddy’s big grand pianos. That’s right, we all play!! I love being a mom, and it is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream to have this experience.

I have been fortunate enough to travel quite a bit this past two years. Some of my recent travels included Italy, France, Nevis, Hawaii, and many domestic locations as well. This past year we visited Telluride, Carmel, St. George, Las Vegas, St. Louis, Chicago and New York.

On the work front, I have returned to GL a few times over the past few years, mainly in reunion type shows. If you would like to see Mindy visit Springfield a bit more often, feel free to let the Guiding Light producers know. They are at 524 W. 57th Street, New York, NY 10019.

I have been enjoying hosting infomercials the past few years. I enjoy the fact they allow me to work part time, and not be away from my family. You might have seen me hosting Bare Escentuals cosmetics, Nature’s Finest candles, or 1-800 Healthcare, as those have been the most recent.

My hobbies are still fitness and music. I still love to play piano. I recently started back with lessons, after a 20 year hiatus. I am currently working on a Schumann piano concerto. I play the solo part, while my husband plays the orchestral transcription on his piano.

As most of you know, I’ve recently did an extreme makeover on my website. I hope you like it. Let me know what you think.

Thank you, as always, for your support. Much happiness always,

Krista
